Olde Sycamore Pool House Rental Rates

Off Season Rental Rates (September-May)

$35.00   - up to 4 hours

$50.00   - 4 to 6 hours

$75.00   - 6 to 8 hours

$100.00 - 8 to 10 hours

Summer Season Rentals (May to September)

$50.00   - up to 4 hours

$65.00   - 4 to 6 hours

$90.00   - 6 to 8 hours

$115.00 - 8 to 10 hours

“Off-Season” refers to when the pool is closed for the season.

“Summer Season” refers to the day the pool opens until the 

day the pool closes.

1.)  A $200 deposit is required for all rentals of the pool house.

2.)  All checks are to be made payable to 

     “Olde Sycamore HOA”.  Two separate checks are required. 

      One for the rental fee and one for the deposit.  

3.)  No cash payments accepted for rental fees or deposits  

4.)  No swimming allowed after "regular pool hours”.

5.)  Rental of the pool house after “regular pool hours”   

      requires that the renter hire of a lifeguard for liability reasons.

6.)  All lifeguard requests are to be made by the renter 

      by directly contacting Carolina Pool Management.
